The staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Fritsch has answered my questions and concerns in a manner easy to understand. He is thorough and easy to talk to. His audiologists are friendly and explain hearing tests fully. I have recommended him to friends and family.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I felt better as soon as I left. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
