The doctor finally came into the room to examine me an hour after my scheduled appointment time, but he did apologize for the long wait. Otherwise, the appointment was fine.

The office staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Murphy is a good listener and answered any questions that I had. He is very good at explaining the "why" of any procedure that he does.
