Dr. Paul Williams is a fantastic doctor, and I recommend him to anybody who needs to see an ENT. Know that though it's relatively easy to schedule an appointment, the wait time when you actually arrive at your appointment is quite long. Saying that, I will also say that he is worth that wait. Five members of my family have been patients of Dr. Williams because he is the best doctor we have seen. He is thorough with his questions to help discover possible issues; he describes the mechanics of how the human system operates; and he thoroughly prepares you for any possible "fix" and follow-up. As you wait for him in the waiting room, understand that he will spend quality time with you, just as he is with his patients before you.

I do plan on recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients.
