I do plan on recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are truly genuine, friendly people. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were absolutely amazing.

I was very, very satisfied with my visit here. I got totally informed and the level of care was fantastic. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are truly genuine, friendly people. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I usually dont write reviews, but after years of being disappointed in my doctors, and health care in general I wanted to share a pleasant surprise. I went in to see Dr. Parhizkar per my primary doctors recommendation for my chronic sinus disease. I had seen ENTs before, but what was different here was that she actually took the time to listen to my concerns, get a detailed history of my symptoms, do a thorough exam using a nose scope, and give me some really solid recommendations that have helped me breath better than I have in the last 20 years, and manage my sinus disease better. Overall, I believe that she is a really great doctor that really cares about her patients.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
