I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
