They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
