I waited 1 hour past my appt time and the doctor was distracted, inattentive, and ultimately unhelpful.
I received a bill in the mail for this visit THE SAME DAY AS THE APPOINTMENT so they are very efficient in that regard.

DR OW was our ENT of choice for our 5 year old son with a history of chronic ear infections, colds and snoring. Our son was also having behavioral and slight speech problems at school which we now realize were related to his lack of sleep due to all of these factors. 2 years ago Dr Ow performed a tonsillectomy, adenoectomy and nasal coblation on our son. The procedure went smoothly and WOW what a difference this has made in our son. He no longer has the previous behavioral problems in school and is a quiet sleeper. Thanks, DR OW!! We were referred by my employer, who had a similar situation with his son. Now we will be scheduling for our 4 year old to have an evaluation, as he is having similar issues. We would not go anywhere else.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Dr. Ow is a very caring, knowledgeable, and skillful doctor/surgeon. He got me through my very first surgery with no complications, and I didn't even need pain medication afterwards. He's very professional and stays on more of a business level rather than an emotional one, but it's clear that he cares about his patients and does everything he can to give the best results possible. I'm grateful that I found him and that I chose him as my ENT doctor/surgeon.

Absolutely not, I had to call them several times to get my results

Not if my life depended on it

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
I waited forever for my appointment!

The staff seemed embarres by his behavior. He was rude and unhelpful. He made me uncomfortable and will not return. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. He ignored my questions and my appointment was rushed. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
