Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
