I had a rhizotomy done to relieve pain in my neck. The resultant nerve pain in my arm and shoulder was excruciating. I was totally disabled for about a month. (from the pain and pain meds) Doctors office is very hard to get in touch with. They don't call back. DO NOT get this procedure done. Had I been told about the pain I was going to experience, I would NOT have had this procedure done. Don't risk it. Now I have to go to rehab to get the use of my arm back.

This is NOT the guy for you. Him personally, I think is okay but his staff are arrogant and he backs them so, would I see this Dr. again? NO!!! Not until he gets a staff that cares enough to return a damn phone call. I went three days without a returned phone call, calling each day. The ONLY one his MALE nurse receives is the one where I tell em what a bunch of ass holes they are for not returning my calls. Not even the ones from the pharmacies. Dr. Baylor tells me he is on prescription drugs himself. I BELIEVE HIM. He nor his staff give two rips about you so please do yourself a favor and find another specialist that gives a damn enough to perform the most minute things as to return a phone call. My previous Dr. who has retired and basically MADE me find another Dr. would have fired the whole damn bunch.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I have been a patient for years and have been a model patient even tho I NEVER get my full 15 minutes and NEVER get my questions answered.... they seem unimportant. I go along and just accept that he is just there to write my rx and make money on procedures. BUT HE HAS OVER STEPPED THE LINE! He is asking for my records from my psychiatrist. I owe this Dr.... who treats me and streets me anyway, NONE of my personal and private records and how DARE HE even ask for those records! It is the weekend, but Monday I plan on finding out; exercising my HIPPA rights; providing a copy of rht rx tbe meds I am taking and that is it. I am having enough fires ; under enough stress...... I really8 don't need this.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
