The first time I met with Dr Kraus, I thought he was abrupt and condescending. As I spent time with him, I learned that he was just focused on finding the best way to help me. He answered all my questions and made me feel as if I were his only worry. When he gave me nerve blocks, they seemed to be very well done, no pain and usually good results. After my last block didn't help, Dr. Kraus gave me several options and suggested various other specialists to whom he could refer me. His staff could not have been nicer and were so very helpful. If this review seems a little "gushy", its because I really appreciated the treatment I received there...

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They made me an appointment to come back, but they never called to check on me. I received two nerve blocks and neither one helped.
