I always feel like a full description of my problems is taken and considered here. And there have been times when Dr Marcus suspected problems due to my symptoms that I had no idea were an issue. And he has been right. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone or online. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Every time I come here Dr Marcus always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The staff is thoughtful and very nice. They are competent and work well together. I have never seen a doctor take personal calls during an appointment. I am very happy with treatment there. The receptionists are okay, no personal relationship with them and sometimes difficult to get needed appointments, but they are responsible for a lot of different patients and I don't expect personal treatment by them. PAMF online is helpful here also. Dr. Marcus was life saving for me by helping me get diagnosed properly and connected with a good surgeon and now general ongoing pain management. I was getting very, very depressed by the pain.
