I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I was disappointed with Dr. Bahrami because she had too many incorrect diagnosis for my newborn. She is very quick to write a prescription especially antibiotics without real rhyme or reason. If you ask her to explain the diagnosis, she doesn't give you a proper response. I'm about to switch practices because I no longer trust her with my child. It's unfortunate that I have to switch practices because I really enjoyed the care provided by Dr. Dashti who is the other doctor in the practice.
