I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Yes, and my child loves them!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr is fairly nice but if you have to call her on off hours she is not very friendly. I dont always feel like my kids are a top priority when they see her just another paying customer. Her MA Shavone is very nice to the kids but not always friendly with the parents. When I call she is not friendly at all and if you need an emergency appointment there always seems to be a reason on why it should be delayed.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

VERY TURNED OFF BY THE APPEARANCE OF THE OFFICE. DOCTOR IS FAIRLY NICE AND ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS. NOT SURE IF I WILL BE RETURNING.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me.
