It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Administrative staff is not very friendly, they can come off a little rude and make it difficult to want to work with them. I have seen two different doctors and they both were great!! Very friendly and well informed, also very good at communicating to both me and my daughter. I like it there, no so enthused with the administrative staff, but I deal with it because its difficult to find caring and great doctors.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

The Pediatrician is very personable and interested in the health and well-being of my child. She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff respects her, although the "front desk" staff were not as friendly. My child always enjoys her appointments here. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times.
