The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. This office had no toys, magazines or TV's to entertain my child while we waited. You couldn't even tell it was a pediatrician's office. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
