Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They take the time to talk to your children about school and other activities your children are involved in. They always remeber your names and are always happy to see you when you come in. Very friendly enviroment. We ove Dr. Ali and her staff.
