It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Dr. Kassal acctually asked me to go to walmart and buy a small pair of scissors to cut out my 21 month olds stitches.. He said not to tell the pharmacist what I was using the scissors for.. I can not believe a Dr. would ask someone to go and get scissors to cut out stitches...
