I am very satisfied with Dr Wilkins, I have been taking my children there for more than 5 years. He is helpful and He makes sure every single question I have is answered. I do have to wait in the waiting room for a while before seeing him, however he does spend time with the patients. He never makes you feel like he is rushed or needs to move to the next patient. Because of this reason, I do not mind the wait, I know he is giving each of his patients the same quality time.

We have been seeing Dr. Wilkins for almost 8 years. I drive nearly an hour to get to him. I have always been very pleased with his performance. I also adore Carol and Tonya. I will say when he expanded and joined with Dr. Mitzi Washington, it was a bit harder to get a same day appointment. I just take my kids to the walk in clinic if it is that big of a deal. it is the same copay for me.
I have a child with moderate to severe autism, and I feel very blessed to have Ben and his staff in my son's life. He has never once questioned my "mother" instincts and he allows me to make the decisions for my children without passing judgment. I will always be grateful for the things they have done for our family.
I am a little bothered by some of the new staff they have because they are not as personal. And recently when I call, Tonya is not the one answering the phone, it is someone I have never seen. I think that is what happens when your business grows.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

Dr. Ben is very clear and makes everything easy to understand (draws pictures/diagrams). Listens and answers all questions. Very thorough.
