Very thourogh. Sometimes may need to wait but we are always in and out within an hour of arriving. If there are more tests that need to be done they can do lab work & xrays on site which is great to not have to go to another place & wait for results. Dr. Silas has treated both of my children and is an excellent, caring physician. You can call office with symptoms and often Dr. Silas will call back and discuss what is going on with your child & next steps including making an appointment, calling something in, or wait & see. I've been very happy here.
