Though its been a few years since my children still needed a pediatrician, they made us feel comfortable, answered all questions to best of their ability, and usually made us smile/laugh before we left. Especially appreciated the information on diet, humidifiers for stuffly noses, little tid-bits like not sucking in when your congested but blowing out into a tissue, options. They also answered questions on their nursing hotline and helped fill prescriptions.

Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
