Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Yes, they don't show favoritism

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
No, they made everyone sit together

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have much back-up support for when Isabel P Bellot, MD was sick or unavailable. They had a nurse that would be available but that was it.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
