Dr Ettingers equipment is fault resulting in the removal of my child. His scale he uses at his office was so far off he called Dcs and had my son removed. When asked when his scale was last serviced and recertified his comment was, that's none of your business and later stated that the scale calibrates itself.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. We have had communication issues because they don't always respond quickly to questions and messages for the nurses. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. Their staff is very friendly and professional, but the support staff isn't always the most knowledgeable. This may just be one in particular that I have dealt with several times. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. The wait time can vary greatly from well over 30 minutes to just a few minutes before being called back to a room where we then wait a while longer. They have seemed to improved over time, but it still isn't ideal. I should also point out that I've never actually seen Dr. Ettinger since I started taking my two older daughters to the office 6 years ago, but have mostly seen his NP. She is very kind and I am relatively satisfied with her work.
