They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
