She use to be my Dr. She is my kids doctor now. I don't like the people they have working there now I am seriously considering a new pediatrician

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Clinic does looke neat and clean. Staff was ok but geeting someone on the phone took time. Dr.Koh mis diagnosed my daughter and said I was being over worried about taking her in to get checked since she had been there two days before. The next day I had to rush my daughter to ICU. I really feel dissapointed that neither of their two Drs. @ Altamed were able to see my daughter was very ill and getting worst and needed to be hospitilized......I would never take my daughter back to her. ( I tried to get an appt for her shots and theres no pediatricoan there until Sept. ) children patients are being seen by regulare Drs......grate clinic huh????

I just called today for a request for the immunization records the person that answered in the office of the 626-350-2197 office was so rude i remember going there when i was small and the staff wasnt like that. Sandy S Koh should take a look on the personnel she has in that office i am studying nursing right now and got my license for phlebotomy and they teached us how to answer phone to the people without being so rude and disrespectful and how to respect passed patients and future patients concerns. Other than that Sandy S Koh is a great peditrician i remember going to her clinic when i was younger and she really knows how to treat her patients but take a look at your staff, the person that is answering phones at that office. I had called the previos office the 626-350-2196 and they were much nicer and understanding she even checked both the system and the book for my immunization records and was a great help.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
