after a long night of vomiting and crying, i called this office to try to get my daughter in for a walk in appointment. Dr. Tanya said "I'm really busy rite now, I'll call you back". An hour goes by without a call and so i decide to drive down there. When i got there she told her receptionist to tell us we "should of just stayed home! its just a stomach virus". And i heard her yell from the back room "I'm too busy today for stupid stomach virus! tell them to go home". With my daughter half passed out from exhaustion in my arms i insisted we see the doctor. I was told to wait but its going to be a while. well, "a wile" turned into a 4 hrs. wait as we watched other walk in patients being seen before us even though they arrived later. there is no food or drinks allowed in the office so me, my wife and daughter waited patiently without food or water the whole morning into the afternoon. when the time finally came for us to be seen, Dr. Tanya spent all of 5 minutes with our daughter said "I told you i was going to call you. you should have just stayed home". and after she was done, she proceeded to instruct the receptionist to note on our chart that we were "not allowed for walk in ever again". Are you serious!!!! i felt like i was being treated like an animal rather then a human being... Is this any way to treat your patients? or another human being for that matter??? we are concern parents with a sick child. Dr. Tanya shows no compassion or understanding what so ever. and its not just Dr. Tanya, all of her helpers were the same way. all were very rude, snappy, unwilling to help, and down right nasty. I know that this and the other reviews sound like something out of a crazy movie but i swear to you... its all true and i am never subjecting my little girl to this poor excuse for a pediatric doctor ever again! I am changing doctors immediately! Oh, and one other thing... the restrooms are dirty, smells bad and doesn't even have a changing table. how ironic is that? A restroom at a pediatric office without a changing table. and when I brought that fact to Dr. Tanya's attention, her reply was "this is a doctors office, not a 5 star hotel" I wanted to slap a bitch!

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
