I love Dr. Bankett! I'm a first time mom, so of course I'm very over protective and worried about getting everything just right. When I went to interview the practice Dr. Bankett sat with me one on one and answered all my questions, even some I hadn't thought to ask. What I love most about Dr. Bankett is that she's a straight shooter, she tells is exactly like it is but does it in a kind way that doesn't make you feel small or silly.

Moved here from another state and was nervous I wouldn't find a pediatrician as good as the one I had there, well Dr. Bankett was great she answered all my questions (I had a list) and we spent almost an hr and a half talking. I couldn't ask for more from someone who is going to be my sons pediatrician.

Things started out ok and went down hill fast. The office is dirty, the waiting room isn't divided, and she over books herself constantly. We are patient people but waiting almost 2 hours to get our 10 month old checked out for what we already knew was an earache is ridiculous. As a mother herself you would think she would be more understanding in certain situations but, I guess it comes down to the almighty dollar.
