I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly but they weren't at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

I moved over 30 miles away and I still drive to get to their office. They are quite good and I am very comfortable with the doctors at this practice. I've seen them all, they are all very good. For a lovely bedside manner, Dr. Schwartz is the very best. Dr. Albert is kind of grouchy but he is so wonderful to my son and we like him very much. Dr. Austine is very good as well. Dr. Kim was at the hospital when my son was born and she took very good care of him. Dr. Albert does not tend to give out medications or antibiotics on a regular basis. He believes that most of the time the children will get better on their own. I have to say that my son is 7 years old and has only been on antibiotics a few times and he is very healthy. I would recommend this practice to anyone and I would feel safe with them as my child's practice. They also have an excellent reputation.
