Billing was our issue - we were billed for unnecessary items, not told during the visit, and then they didn't fix the problem! We went in for a regular check up and my daughters tonsils were large so instead of billing it correctly to my insurance in two separate statements - they billed it all as a medical procedure and none of the visit was covered. VERY disappointing. All she did for the tonsils was say that we needed to go pay a specialist to look at them and possibly have them taken out.

Dr. Jackson is an excellent pediatrics physician who is very caring, always making herself available and is very committed to the health of her patients. Having her office in the Bowie location is very convenient!
