They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

No, they usually don't see my child for at least a week

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments?
Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

My sons went to Dr. Jackson when they were younger...now they are 26 and 21...I now have two daughters 11 and 13...and they is no one better than Dr. Jackson..she has been the girls doctor since they were 6 and 8...when you know who the best is why go anywhere else...She is the BEST

I met Dr Jackson at phycian's another office . It was my first visit to that office I was very impressed with Dr Jackson professionalism along with the way she interacted my my teenager that I have decided to continue keeping her on as my childs phycian.
