It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
