The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The reception staff were ok, but it wouldn't hurt if they could be friendlier and acknowledge patients when they walk trough the door. I'm usually don't like to sit and wait in a cold office, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but their office temperature was ok. I was somewhat comfortable during my visit to this office, but there's opportunity for improvement. I didn't have to wait too long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
