Hi Kathleen,

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
