Not a people person, doesn't listen to his patients, never on time and if you're suffering while waiting for a procedure then be prepared to go ahead and suffer because it's falling on deaf ears.

I was referred to Dr. Pinzon to see if he could help me avoid back surgery and alleviate terrible pain in my back and my leg from 2 bad discs. After different types of shots spread out over several months and some physical therapy, I'm happy to say that what he and his office did for me was a success. Dr. Pinzon knew what treatments would be most effective for me, had obviously studied the MRI and referring doctor's notes, and was able to refer me to a physical therapy center five minutes from my house. The injections worked well, and I was able to return to work without back surgery because of them. The staff is friendly and seems to understand the amount of pain their patients can be in. Some might be put off that there is not a lot of time spent with a patient on every visit (especially follow-up visits) and wait times past the scheduled appointment time can be long. Bring a book or your tablet and give yourself plenty of time. The wait times were certainly worth the benefits to me.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They explained to me my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more confident about making a decision. They were friendly and made me feel at home. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
