Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They've been late a few times for my appointments. It's frustrating that I find a way to show up on time but they can't. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never gotten more helpful advice. I'd trust their advice over any of my other doctors.

They explained my treatment's risks and benefits in detail and made sure I understood everything. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I was well informed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Dr. Genovese-Elliott was very compassionate and caring. I could not have been happier with the experience.

Dr. Elliot falls into the category of critical and judgmental; she is quite an unpleasant person to deal with.
However, with the very limited choice of pain specialists in Santa Fe, she might be your only choice. That is the only reason I am a patient of hers.

During my visit she was rude and rushed and did not perform a thorough exam.
Gave me prescriptions that I cannot take when I phoned the office four times to clarify medication no one could give me the answer. I believe patients should be treated with respect and providers should listen because everyone does not always fit the textbook scenario.
