Dan is a Fantastic Physical Therapist!! In 2011, Dan helped me recover from pain in my left shoulder. It hurt so much, I was afraid I might need surgery. However, Dan methodically reduced painful inflammation and restored movement in my joints. Furthermore, he educated me on how to prevent the same condition from returning.

Then in 2015, I got a pinched nerve in my neck. I was only getting a few hours of sleep -- and that was after taking 800 mg of Advil PM. My first call was to my doctor to get a prescription to see Dan. Within 2 visits, he helped the nerve calm down enough to start getting better sleep. Within a few weeks, I was able to stop taking pain meds.

Dan is excellent because he treats both the source and the symptoms with stretching, massage, ultrasound, and ice. He knows the body extremely well, and his years of experience have taught him how to stretch efficiently and effectively. Every time I have followed his instructions, I have been very pleased with the results.

Dan is the best! I recently fractured both of my lower right leg bones in a bad car accident and was prescribed PT by my surgeon. It didn't take long for me to realize that whatever they were doing, wasn't working for me. I went to Dan to get a second opinion as I had never had PT before and didn't know what to expect. I took a chance and switched to him because his approach was so different from the first place. Guess what?! It's not supposed to be a painful experience that makes you miserable. Imagine! My recovery has gone a long way with Dan after he un-did all trauma caused by the first place. I would recommend Dan to any one of my friends or family without hesitation.

I highly recommend!! I have been seeing Dan Janov for a back injury following a bad car accident. Dan has been a life saver for me. I am no longer having pain. Dan taught me exercises I can continue with at home to keep my back healthy. I have recommended him to all my family and friends.

Dan has provided PT for my kids recovering from injuries, post surgery and broken bones. My PT prevented me from needing back surgery. He is methodical and slowly brings you back from pain and immobility.

A dear friend referred me to Proactive Physical Therapy. I had been suffering with two herniated disc and had back pain for years. Dan listened to my frustrations and symptoms and immediately made me feel comfortable. By the second treatment, my pain had already improved. He sent me home with a couple simple exercises that helped me make progress on my own. He took the time to listen to me and not only work on my back manually, he also used other forms of therapy. After three months of treatment, my back pain was virtually gone. Most importantly, he sent me away with the tools that I needed to make sure that iI maintained my progress.... Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs physical therapy!!

After 3 1/2 months of 3 x's a week visits, my condition did not change at all. My Dr. recommendations were not followed, and therefore, I was advised to go to my doctors physical therapist. Within a week of treatment at the new PT office, I was beginning to feel better.

In addition, they're understaffed and/or unknowledgeable with insurance filing/billing. When the insurance company wouldn't cover visits, due to error in insurance submission, I was held financially responsible.

Save yourself the time, money, pain and frustration, and get a recommended PT office from your doctor. This is not the place to go.
