Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Wow, I originally took my son to another podiatrist (Livingston) and it was a horror show, then a friend recommended Dr. Irwin and I thank her everyday. Dr. Irwin is amazing, he's kind, considerate and his staff is always so friendly. At the Livingston office the assistants were inconsiderate, too busy talking among themselves to answer a question and one short blond was out and out nasty. What a welcome change Dr. Irwin's office is... I love him and his staff and highly recommend that you try them, you won't be sorry. BTW Dr. Irwin is also extremely up-to-date on all the latest procedures and never does any unnecessary procedures.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
