They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
