unfortunately, i have to give him 1 star. he deserves less then that.
I am partially disabled, and permanently because
of his bad judgement. He used the wrong hardware in my foot, and left me disabled. Once a power walker, now i hobble along with a cane, sometimes a walker. insult to the injury, my insurance company is refusing to pay the hospital bills because Micciche is responsible for the injury. so, I'm looking for an attorney and in the meanwhile, making payments to the hospital. 46,000.00

got that micciche? you shouldn't be practicing medicine

Dr Micciche used the wrong hardware in my foot, leaving me partially disabled. He strung me along for 7 months, lying to me, that it takes a year to recover from this surgery. but the the 7 month point, the hardware he used started backing out of my foot, trying to break through the skin.

He didn't even show up for surgery to remove the hardware, he sent an intern. The damage to my foot and ankle is permanent, and now, i wear a brace, walk with a cane, sometimes a walker. I need assistance in day to day living, and at work.

He denied the need for physical therapy, and i took that as i would be up and about in no time.
but in reality, he was aware he messed up, and feared a therapist would recognize a problem. i will never walk without assistance again.

I am looking for a malpractice attorney, please pass this on,

If he wasn't competant to deal with a complex situation, he should have told me so and maybe recommended a specialist.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
