Very thorough, takes plenty of time with patients explaining everything; recommends a variety of options starting with the basics and not just carpet bombing to get you in and out. Knowledgeable, friendly, answers every question. Cares about the patient.

My husband had redness in two of his middle toes and the redness started to spread up his foor toward his ankle. We are away from home so he cannot go to his usual podiatrist.

Dr. Lightcap's administrative assistant was the only one of the many that I called that did not just dismiss my need for an appointment because the schedule was full. She said she would talk to Dr. Lightcap to see if she could fit my husband in.

This is the kind of service one expects from a caring doctor's office. I can see why their rating is 5 stars.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
