They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Unfortunately I really can't give this doctor a review. I scheduled my mother an appointment with this doctor. I spoke with the woman at the front desk and explained that my mother was a new patient and provided all the required insurance information she requested. She also asked the reason for my mother's appointment and I explained she's a senior and she's coming to get her toe nails cut and corns/calluses filed down. Not one time did the woman say my mother needed a referral or that the insurance would NOT pay for these services. when my mother arrived for her appointment the woman at the front desk stated my mother needed a referral and that insurance wouldn't cover it. My mom have been having this done for 9 years and NEVER has she needed a referral and her insurance has ALWAYS covered it. This office wasted our time because they should have informed us of the referral request when the appointment was made. She's never had a problem when living in NJ with podiatrist nor with the doctor in Crofton. We chose to change to this doctor because it was closer to home and more convenient than Crofton for my mom. Unfortunately she never even got to see the doctor because of the lady running the front office and her inability to communicate this info to us at the time of scheduling. A complete waste of time.
