I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
