They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I had a splinter so large but so deep and neutral in color that another podiatrist said there was nothing there. Dr. Boyd was persistent and even though it took him forever to find it due to it's depth, he was able to FINALLY put me out of my misery. Thank you Dr. Boyd. I would recommend him to ANYONE!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I will absolutely return. Dr Boyd instills confidence. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want, however they seem to run an hour behind schedule. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The whole staff always makes an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

The office was easy enough to find. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
