It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
