Their equipment was really impressive; up-to-date, and well taken care of. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whenever I have a follow-up question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I spend a little too much time waiting for the Dr after I got out of the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.

I met the Doctor when she was getting ready for maturity leave. I went in the be treated for pain in ankle and foot. The grouchy nurse did all of the real work and the Dr. came in to administer a shot then left again. I was mis-fitted for expensive shoe inserts ($350) and came back after she returned from maturity leave. I told her that the devices cause more pain than they fixed and she said I should have come in sooner. She charged me for the office visit and another $85 to have the orthotics adjusted. The adjusted device looked like off the shelf junk and were not even from the same company who made the originals. I would never go back to her.They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.
