Update on the last review. After my 86 year old parents were put through the ringer by this supposed practice, i have placed 2 request for this doctor to call me and explain these actions. Still no response. I would avoid this place.

Extreme concern for this supposedly practice. I suspect fraud that I am reporting to Medicare and I want the IRS to look into their dealings also. Called and asked for an appt to look at my 86 year old mother's toe fungus and to cut nails. No ecommendation, I only picked them because they were close. BIG MISTAKE!! I was called back by a 214 area code..Texas?? I though that was strange. I should have listened to my instincts. A lady named Jamie asked me questions about insurance...Medicare and AARP supplement, is she diabetic..no...and then said since she had toe fungus that Medicare would cover and not to worry. I made appt and my mom and dad both 86 had their caretaker drive them there the following morning. I called to see how it went and was informed they were charged $50. And not only a $50 charge that I was assured would not happen, but they would not take a credit card or check but only cold hard cash. My 86 year old parents were hen sent on a quest for a cash machine. My elderly father gets confused and upset easily and was very upset that this happened after I had assured him Jamie said it would not. But they drove around, found one and paid them. I called you he Texas number which is apparently this Jamie persons cell phone and she said yes, my mother did in fact have toe fungus and was told what Medes to get, but the $50 was to cut her nails. WHAT??? Anyone could have done that. I told Jamie that we had spoken about this and she said if there was in fact toe fungus then it would be covered. She said oh..we did not treat the fungus. It was just a routine visit. Well I said if you verified it, prescribed Medes for it...then you treated it. This is a racket. The fact they only want cold hard cash tells me they do not want a paper trail. Maybe charging Medicare, getting paid and picketing an extra $50 that even the IRS knows nothing about. What kind of doctor tells two 86 year old people they must find a cash machine AFTER THE FACT to settle a bill? Avoid this place if you are elderly or if you care about the elderly. Disgusting.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

This Doctor is a professional. The office staff are helpful and friendly. There was a minimum of fuss and I was in and out in good time. Dr. Bunster prescribed a generic because she said it was just as effective and cost a lot less. It worked well.
