Excellent Doctor who answered all my questions and had a great personality. Office staff very friendly and helpful. My complaint is they recommended the orthotics they sell for $40 cash and when I got home I looked up the manufacturer and found out I had the next size up from what I should have had. Then I saw you can purchase them on their website for $12.99, one third what I paid at their office. I'm sorry but that really is a ridiculous markup.

Dr. Cooper listened very carefully to my concerns and was quickly able to diagnose my problem. He was courteous and humorous, disarming any worries I might have had. His staff was also very warm and pleasant. I have every confidence that he will continue to work with me until my issue is resolved, and I appreciate that he advised the more conscientious path to recovery,
