The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Edward R Cohen, DPM. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their equipment was old and I was shocked that they hadn't updated it. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. The office was easy enough to find. He didn't tell me that hw was about to stab me in the foot with a needle nor why he was doing it. It hurt so badly that I came out of the chair screaming. Hehas no bedside manner and I waited over an hour and a half. Xrays were taken before the doctor even assessed me and my situation. Just a way to make more insurane money.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I saw Dr. Cohen for my left foot because I was unable to put any weight on my foot I had a knot in the arch of my foot. Dr. Cohen's staff took x-rays of my foot and they did an ultrasound on my foot. Dr. Cohen told me I would need injections to shrink the knot in my foot I saw him for several visits and injections and thanks to Dr. Cohen the knot went away and I was finally able to walk on my foot again. I would recommend Dr. Cohen to all of my family and friends who are having any foot problems. Thank you Dr. Cohen and your Staff for all the great work you do.

After having lots of pain in my feet and heels, Dr. Cohen quickly diagnosed my tarsel tunnel syndrome, gave me injections and some arch pads, then I was all done, with all my pain gone. There wasn't a hassle, the staff was great, I didn't have to wait long, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone with any feet issues.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I'm a runner who developed plantar fasciitis and was in a LOT of pain. I worked with Dr. Cohen and he had me almost completely pain free in no time! When I went to his office, it was very busy, but I was being attended to in no time. He also took the time to understand just how much pain I was in and what the treatment would be. I didn't feel rushed. His staff was very professional, but very friendly and a lot of fun to be around. Almost made me forget how much pain I had! If you have foot issues, I would definitely visit Dr. Cohen.

The wait was terrible. They had plenty of staff but no one knew what they were doing. I didn't trust their advice, the doctor just lumped me into the foot pain sufferer category. They seemed to want to treat me with anything they could fast because I needed to leave. I think they just wanted the money from insurance. They didn't give me any information at all. In fact, I never got an answer about whether I could be active on my foot or not. It was a circus, and I'm not going back.
