I will be making the trip to Maple Grove instead of "this place", Dr. seemed to me that my appointment was interrupting his day. Im not sure how to put this, but paying them is difficult to say the least. I have called to pay during work hours only to get a answering machine. I have left 2 msgs asking for someone to call me back so i can pay them. NO calls. Also no Website to log on and pay. Its 2017 folks. not sure how you make a living.

I had a bunyon removed from my right foot. Everything was pretty good before the surgery and immediately following. However a week and a half in I had run out of pain meds and was still in a substantial amount of pain. I did a few days with just ibuprofen, which did nothing for the pain but helped swelling. Anyways I moved my follow up four days sooner so as to catch any problem that might be causing the pain and To receive a new prescription. At the visit he was in and out in under five minutes had very few words for me, I asked if I could get a prescription refill and was told "if your in that much pain it's to much activity". Now I have been laid up using it very little just as I am told. So how is this " to much activity". My point being he must think everyone is a drug addicts of sorts. I had my bone cut repositioned and screws put in. I understand the world has a problem with drugs but I'm in real pain with not a thing I can do now....

Making an appointment was easy and no problem getting a time that worked for me. My issue came when I entered the office. Office staff was the most unfriendly I have encountered in a long time. This is a small town and I came here thinking this would be a more friendly atmosphere than the Twin Cities. Wrong! I did not have to wait to see the doctor. The medical assistant was nice and made conversation. The doctor came in, shook my hand and introduced himself. He addressed my issues, asked no other questions. In other words, he was not interested in anything but my foot. He had to clip my large toe nail but I had to ask him to clip the rest of my toes. I've taken my father to podiatrists for years & the doctor always cuts his nails without him asking! Then the medication he recommended is only available through him and he does not accept prescription insurance!! I've never encountered this before and due to his lack of personality, I won't go back.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
