He saw my teen for a bad case of bunions. He related well to my daughter and talked to her during the appointment, making her the focus and not talking "down" to her. Which is what I, as a parent, wanted. When it came time for parental involvement he involved me. He seemed to understand that he was prepping a young person to step in to the adult world of taking care of their health. He did an excellent job on her surgery and we had a great experience.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their staff was very friendly, and did go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
