Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Dr. Wade is respected by his staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Dr. Wade recently performed foot surgery on three toes for my mother who is 76 years old. She is currently in her 5th week of recovery. Amazingly, she has experienced little or no pain throughout the entire process. Her recovery has been remarkable. I have been with her during all of her office visits and Dr. Wade and his entire staff are polite and attentive to her needs. From the minute we enter the office they are caring for her and making sure she is comfortable. Dr. Wade is very good to explain things to her and gives her his undivided attention. We recommend Dr. Wade to anyone needing the services he provides.

I've used Dr Wade for 3 different procedures. He has a sense of humor needed to work with feet. He takes interest in my family too. He remembers my other medical history beyond my feet.
The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
